After the great success of ACT’s Summer School in 2013 we will be opening our doors again this year!

Our Summer Schools will run in our Cardiff, Caerphilly and Wrexham centres for 16 to 18 year olds. 

Summer School dates and venues:

All our summer schools are now full. But don’t worry you can still sign up to a programme with ACT! We enroll every week all you have to do is get in touch.

Wrexham Summer School – 7 July to 1 August at Wrexham Skills Centre, The Old Brewery, Central Road, Wrexham LL13 7SU. 

Cardiff Summer School – 14 July to 18 August at Cardiff Skills Centre, Ocean Park House, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff CF24 5ET. 

Caerphilly Summer School – 14 July to 18 August at Caerphilly Skills Academy, Unit A-C Magna Buildings, 13 Sir Alfred Owen Way, Pontygwindy Industrial Estate, Caerphilly CF83 3HU.

Each summer school is a four week programme and will include a variety of amazing and interactive activities such as gorge walking, orienteering, cookery classes, managing personal finance, communication skills plus many more! On top of all these great activities we pay you to attend – earn while you learn! Depending on attendance you could be taking home between £30 to £50 per week plus well contribute to your travel expenses. You will also receive a Level 1 qualification in ‘Working with Others’.
