The results are in for our annual Learner Voice Survey and we are proud to say that 96% of our learners rate us good/excellent!
At ACT, learner satisfaction is vitally important, and as Wales leading training provider, we are keen to ensure our standards are consistent across the board.
Every year we undertake a survey of our learners from the network, to monitor satisfaction across a variety of areas. Learners are asked questions regarding the support they receive, the information given to them, the facilities and equipment available to them as well as their overall rating of their provider.
ACT prides itself on its award-winning staff, strong support system and top training facilities and this is clearly reflected in the survey results.
This year, the ACT network raised the bar; scoring an incredible 96% good/excellent in overall learner satisfaction- this was a massive 7% increase over the last 3 years and reflects ACT’s continuing development.
This year we had a staggering 2226 responses with a response rate of 80% of those selected to complete the survey, our highest number of responses yet!
With over 15 sub-contractors; 12 different Traineeship routes for 16-18 year olds; and Apprenticeships and Higher Apprenticeships in over 30 different sectors, we have a diverse and varied range of learners of which we work hard to keep engaged and deliver quality and relevant training to.
We strive to ensure all learners are satisfied and have the opportunity to voice any opinions with regards to their training and contribute ideas and feedback on improvements and developments.

Across the board, results look great, and work will now continue to further increase results and ensure 100% of our learners rate the service they receive as excellent. A follow up will take place to look at any areas that learners feel could be improved or developed and these will now be main priority.
